The handle is thicker than the normal roasting type and is designed for easy grip. The tip of the handle is drilled not a hook. The pan part has a support grip, making it easy for women to carry. This type is about 0.8 inches (2 cm) deeper than conventional types, so it is recommended for baking, frying, and frying.
