Place on top of pie crust before baking, leaving on pie throughout cooking time. Allows pie to rise in middle to prevent spillage and protects pie crust from burning. Heat safe up to 450F/230C. Won't stain or absorb odors. Fits pies up to 10 inches/25.5cm.
