Like all of MasterClasss best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this large tart tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. Its finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. Thanks to its loose base and fluted edges, you can always expect presentable results too. Cook your favourite savoury quiches or fruit tarts, then simply push up from the base to release the bake in one neat piece. It helps prevent crumbled edges and ruined bakes, and is much easier than struggling with a spatula. This rectangular tart tin measures 31 x 21 cm (12 x 8 Inch), and is dishwasher safe. Like all of MasterClasss tart tins, its also 100% BPA, PFOA and PTFE free.
