The highly durable Master Class Non-Stick 9-Hole Canel Mould / Tin is built to bake batch after batch of this delicious French treat.
With its commercial grade, 1 mm-thick carbon steel construction and Quantum II double non-stick coating, it has everything you need to achieve the perfect Canel recipe with soft, moist centres, perfectly caramelised crusts, and no burnt-on bits!
The tray measures 32.5 x 22 cm (13 x 8) and features nine 5 cm x 5.5 cm (2) holes, making it ideal for baking treats to serve with afternoon tea or to impress guests at a dinner party.

This canel pan is made of heavy-duty 1 mm-thick electroplated carbon steel with rolled edges. This extra-thick, warp and rust-resistant design means it delivers high-performance results, day after day.
In other words, you can cook with confidence use as directed, and your canels will come out perfectly shaped, with a consistent bake and lovely texture.
The pan is coated with the innovative, non-stick Quantum II finish, which is designed to outlast all conventional non-sticks. Its outstanding quick-release properties mean you can remove your canels really easily without damaging them.
This double-layered coating is applied to a sandblasted base for a greater level of adhesion. And because it uses silicone, not PTFE, for its non-stick effect, its a safer choice too.
