Like all of MasterClasss best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this small cake tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. Its finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. All MasterClass springform cake tins are PTFE, PFOA and BPA free. This 15 cm model is ideal as a fun-sized cheesecake tin, or for baking fluffy sponges or rich fruit cakes.
