- Ideal for any recipe - Designed for large sweet pies and savory pot pies. Great for no-bake and freezer pies.
- Preferred by Professionals - These pans are measured outside rim to outside rim and are slightly deeper than traditional pie pans at 1 1/2 inch depth with sharp angled sides. A flat 1/2-inch rim allows for smooth handling while creating classic bakery or artisan-style crusts.
- Measures 12" (30.5 cm) top outer diameter, 11" (27.94 cm) top interior diameter, 10" (25.4 cm) bottom diameter, 1.5" (3.8 cm) depth. Capacity 72.6 fl ounces (2147 ml) each.
