• This mid-size cooks knife, from our Monaco collection, can handle all big tasks in a kitchen with elegance and efficiency. From chopping vegetables and slicing beef or fish, to butchering mid-size pieces of meat. It is very versatile, and an excellent option for a chef or serious cook.
• This knife has an ergonomic wooden handle that feels very different from plastic and makes cutting easier.
• The handle is triple-riveted and made of olive wood that has been dried slowly, so it will last many years without any damage. Finishing is done manually by expert artisans.
• The blade is full tang, slightly curved, 6-1/2" long and 3/32 thick (2.4 mm); and is made of molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion resistant and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Hardness is 56-59 RC.
• The blade edge can be sharpened easily in all its length, without damaging the handle. Handwashing and drying are recommended. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Made in Spain.
